Electro Sun - Double Trouble

Israel's answer to dance music, Electro Sun (Nadav Elkayam) makes intelligent, but still fun, trance music. Similar to Deadmau5, Electro Sun's music is quite professional and structured brilliantly, although still very silly. No matter what mood you're in, the album, Double Trouble, will sound great on all occasions. The soundscape constructed is both relaxing and thunderous, and overall makes an interesting and engrossing listen. Why not check it out?

Yeah, you know it's good.

Detroit Diesel "Terre Humaine"

Imagine euro dance and trance mixed with industrial and harsh vocals. That is the beautiful epitome of Detroit Diesel's music. Hailing from the most kvlt province in Canada, 'Quebec', they have managed to fuse the craft of EBM with the craft of club dance electronica. This combination makes for a deadly duo and ultimately makes 'Terre Humaine' one of the most fun and well innovated albums in any diehard industrial fans collection.

Above & Beyond - Tri State

It's difficult to find truly excellent trance music; the stuff you'll find in dance clubs and the radio is unintelligent, blatant, and much too quick (not all the time, obviously, but you get the picture). The idea is that if they can cover up their flaws with louder sounds and a crapload of guest vocalists, no one will be wiser. Well, that formula gets old real fast. If you want something better from the genre, check out Tri State. This album enthralls with glorious atmospherics and brilliant synthesizers, the kind that actually stay with you. Perhaps it's not as instant as some trance, but the end result is trance that's actually worth taking the time to listen to. Check it out!
