Error - Error [2004]

The 2004 self-titled EP of Error is a seriously weird concoction of sorts. What is one of the most mixed bags of musicians turns out to be one of the best digital hardcore releases in it's early life.  Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails fame teams us with Brett from Bad Religion, Greg Puciato from Dillinger Escape Plan and Leopold Ross to make an abrasive, chaotic 5 track EP that will stand out and give direction for future digital hardcore bands.

Atari Teenage Riot - Is This Hyperreal (2011)

Well what do we have here? A new album from premiere digital hardcore act Atari Teenage Riot? It would appear so and fear not it's worthy of their catalog.  Their first album since they disbanded in 2000 is titled Is This Hyperreal? and it's fo rizzle. Oops that was out of my realm.  Anyways put this album at the top of your to-listen-to list if you need an industrial fix.

Alter Der Ruine

While I have yet to listen to a complete album by the band, Arizona's own Alter Der Ruine have managed to impress me in my random youtube searches with their variety and energy. With their own brand of Noise/Industrial the trio can be found playing a variety of sounds that seem to encompass many genres and it is these brief moments of "oh did you hear that, that was totally some EBM!" that give the band the ability to amass an amusingly high fan base. Try out the link below, I'm fairly positive there's something here for everyone; my personal favorite is link 4 featuring material off of their newest album, "I Am Drugs" is an amazing track.
